  • Over 20+ years executive management experience with Fortune 500 Company.  President/General Manager and Vice President of numerous medical device manufacturing sites, responsible for all functions.  Sites included Tennessee, Arkansas, Puerto Rico, Delaware, Florida, Massachusetts, and California. Sites ranged in size from 350 to 1000+ employees.
  • Leader for two manufacturing site startups and five consolidations in a rapidly changing healthcare industry.  Responsible for over $40,000,000 in cost reductions due to successful consolidation efforts and vigorous cost management.  Success was achieved with the ability to build strong relationships using negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Served on United Way and American Heart Association Boards, President of Newcomers Club, Mentor in Communities and Schools Student Buddy Program, Member of Chamber of Commerce, Member of Garden Club, Lady Bird Johnson Wild Flower Center,  Linus Project Community Outreach Rep, Arc of the Capital Mentor, Grey Rock Golf Club Board and Executive Women’s Club Golf.
